Zero Landfill Policy

The consequences of irresponsible and or negligent electronics recycling or disposal are many. To avoid any unintended legal consequences it is best to partner with an organization that can handle the stringent protocol needed for proper disposal. We utilize an e-cycle disposal method designed around the most rigid Federal and state regulations and provide our customers with certification that all materials have been processed in an environmentally compliant manner. Our stringent recycling policies encompass a Zero tolerance landfill disposal policy.

G2 Technology has successfully attained the status of ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 registration and certification. Certified destruction programs

Our destruction process is verified by a certificate of destruction that we provide to you, demonstrating that your assets have been properly disposed of. Associated with each of these projects is a detailed and structured set of procedures, including all aspects governing the certificate of destruction. G2 Technology will ensure that all necessary, captured data is included in your certificates of destruction. Customers enjoy our high level of flexibility to their needs and requirements. Certificates of Recycle

With your organizations security and reputation on the line a business should take every measure possible to guard against any potential environmental policy violations. That is why at G2 we provide our customers with all applicable certificates of recycle for all of your EOL assets. The certificate of recycle denotes the process your assets have gone through and presents you with proof that your assets have been appropriately recycled. End to End Audited Processes

A component of our full traceability model is a layered auditing structure which randomly tests our partners downstream, as well as employing independent auditing firms to ensure continued adherence to environmental compliance. G2 partners have been fully vetted to our rigorous standards. We work only with EPA-compliant recyclers, whose practices we closely monitor and audit frequently to ensure they adhere to all state and federal regulations.

Full Federal and State environmental compliance

Compliance with elaborate collections of state, federal, and international environmental statutes can present many difficulties, especially for companies with operations that span the global marketplace. Both state and federal governments have enacted specific legislation concerning electronics recycling and proper landfill usage. Globally there are at least a dozen countries, including China, that have adopted the EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment standard. Additionally, HIPPA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, and SOX have added another layer of specified rules for handling sensitive financial data. At G2 we take these policies very seriously and are constantly adapting to all relevant environmental and data reporting regulations.
