Bonding is important to us.  Summer BBQs, for example, provide an opportunity for employees to socialize outside of the typical work environment.  Halloween contests bring out inner creativity! G2 is a fun place to work and there are many events throughout the year that highlight the camaraderie, innovative inspiration, and cooperative partnership we share.

Health and Well-Being
G2 Technology encourages its employees to be fit and to live a healthy lifestyle. We pay 100% of monthly gym membership at designated gyms.

We provide funding toward medical, dental, vision, and life insurance to all single employees. Domestic partners are also eligible for group health benefits. Employees can choose between three different plans. Each plan offers various levels of coverage and deductibles to fit your needs. In addition, we offer standard PTO and paid holidays.

Employee Assistance Program
G2 offers an Employee Assistance Program that includes comprehensive referral services to help employees handle stressful life events and transitions. These services include relationship counseling, child care, elder care, help with school selection, college assistance, smoking cessation help, and other programs aimed at achieving balance and well being.

Employees know that they can count on G2 Technology for support, whether during the birth of a new baby, dealing with a sick parent, or the necessity of a leave of absence due to family circumstances. We are dedicated to the well being of our staff and this dedication is expressed in numerous practical ways that each employee can count on.

Continued Growth and Education
We encourage our employees to refine their skills and strive for advancement. Our Educational Assistance program helps employees in fulfilling their academic targets. We offer promotion and transfer opportunities within our company.  Our employees have the flexibility to work on projects or learn the skills they are interested in, within the organization.   We pay fully or partially for tuition for classes or technical training that we cannot provide in-house.   After all, the value of G2 Technology as a company is the sum of the skills of our employees.
